Professional monitoring ensuring quality control
In Cyprus, formal building control and consistent site quality assurance can be limited, which can leave clients exposed to shortcuts, defects, and costly remedial works. To safeguard our clients’ interests and uphold our delivery standards, JAAP has appointed Anthony Harrison FRICS to provide independent quality and project oversight on every build. This ensures contractor performance is monitored, workmanship is verified, and projects are delivered in line with agreed standards. Acting as an independent point of liaison between the client, JAAP, and the full professional team, Anthony to provide clear, structured reporting throughout the build.
